Duties Safely navigate a hot, precarious, sometimes small space. Customer communication & education, communicate about the process. Remove insulation with a giant vacuum. Install insulation in the attic floor using various materials such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose. Document work with photos. Very basic framing and construction skills required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines. Experience Experience using masks, hand tools, power tools, or similar construction experience. Experience safely working in the heat. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team setting. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. We do not cut any corners. Strong customer service skills needed.
