This part-time position (20-25 hours per week) will support our full-time maintenance staff with various property and facility maintenance tasks. You will work directly alongside a maintenance technician who will provide guidance and assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and skilled in basic repair and general maintenance techniques.

Perform general repairs including patching, fixing, and basic construction work Install and maintain various equipment, fixtures, and property features Complete routine maintenance tasks on buildings, walkways, and common areas Perform digging work for various maintenance and installation projects Mix, pour, finish, and repair concrete for facility maintenance needs Assist with seasonal projects and maintenance initiatives Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities and shared spaces Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Other maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements:
Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Experience with basic construction, repair, or maintenance work preferred Familiarity with hand and power tools Reliable transportation to various property locations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety High school diploma or equivalent
