Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of various projects, including stormwater pipe, sidewalks, heavy construction, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the development of our communities.
Responsibilities:
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Carry out tasks like digging trenches, mixing cement, and preparing materials. Maintain a clean and organized work site. Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy construction projects. Maintains a clean and well-organized job site: properly stores consumable materials, picks up debris and waste for proper disposal, maintains equipment appearance, and secures/stores small tools and supplies. Performs materials handling and storage. Helping Foremen and other Supervisors as needed. Laborers may be required to assist with traffic control and/or flagging operations. Properly secure and store all tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each workday
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Laborer or in a similar role. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor. Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Valid driver’s license
