The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn various construction and renovation tasks. This role involves working on diverse projects, including restoration, framing, and finishing work, while collaborating with skilled tradespeople to ensure high-quality results. Responsibilities Assist in the restoration and renovation of residential and commercial properties. Perform metal stud framing and tile laying as part of construction projects. Support carpenters in various tasks, including blueprint reading and executing project plans. Engage in hardscape projects, including the installation of patios and walkways. Carry out concrete finishing tasks to ensure smooth surfaces and proper drainage. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities. Read and interpret schematics to assist in project execution. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Experience Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with metal stud framing, tile laying, concrete finishing, or hardscape installation is a plus. Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation is advantageous. Ability to operate power tools safely; training will be provided for specific equipment as needed. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks effectively throughout the workday.
