The ideal candidate will support construction projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are organized and safe. This role is essential for maintaining workflow and contributing to the successful completion of projects. Duties Assist construction workers with various tasks, including material handling and site preparation. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to ensure project specifications are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Help in the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols on-site. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in construction Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
