Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required for ongoing projects. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts by collaborating with other laborers and tradespeople. Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the job site. Requirements Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
