We are currently seeking an experienced Construction General Laborer to join our team. This position offers the potential for long-term employment based on performance and project needs.

Job Summary:

The Construction General Laborer will assist with various tasks on construction sites, primarily focusing on demolition, tile installation, and drywall work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in these areas and be able to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in demolition efforts, including the safe removal of structures and materials.
• Prepare surfaces for tiling and install tiles following specifications and design plans.
• Perform drywall installation, finishing, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and construction practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in demolition, tile work, and drywall installation required.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and ability to adhere to safety regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Tools is a plus but not required.
