In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, woodwork, carpentry, drywall . Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Communicate effectively with team members regarding project updates and any issues that arise. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project leads. Experience Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
