In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Pre-hire and random drug screenings are required. Responsibilities Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance including cleaning and organizing work areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
