Construction Laborer Crystal Tide Pools Clearwater, FL 33760 Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, assisting with various tasks that contribute to the successful completion of each job. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Load and unload materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Support skilled workers with tasks such as framing, drywall installation, concrete pouring, and other construction-related activities. Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors or project leads. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on-site. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members.
