This is an entry level position best for someone looking to grow into a heavy equipment operator.
Job Description:
We’re hiring a general laborer to support our equipment operators and foremen on active job sites. This role includes hand-shoveling, site clean-up, raking, trenching, and ging when needed. It’s physical work, outdoors, in the Florida heat—so we need someone who’s not afraid to sweat and shows up ready to get it done.
Responsibilities:
- Hand shovel, rake, and move debris or fill materials
- Assist operators with site prep and grading
- Clean up job sites and maintain work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE
- Take direction and work as part of a team
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and hustle every day
- Must be dependable and on time
