Monday – Friday 5am-5pm/weekends as needed

Work Environment:
Sanitation/Recycling plant ( dirty, dusty &hazardous environment with extreme waste odors)
Job Description:
Sorting and separating recyclable/construction materials (concrete, plastics, scrap metal, paper, cardboard etc) while working on a large assembly line Working on a line picking off of a conveyor belt. Turning off supply of energy if something becomes stuck on belt. (This is explained thoroughly during an orientation that will take place first day of work.) Responsible for clearing any debris/materials trapped in the machine’s filter
Job Requirements:
MUST be comfortable with working in an outdoor environment (previous experience an asset – construction, landscape etc.) Able to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication skills both written and verbal with ability to follow direction
Required PPE:
6 inch steel toe boots, Outer vinyl gloves, Safety vest, Hard hats, Long sleeve shirt Successfully complete drug screen and background check, which will include previous employment check Must be physically fit (comfortable lifting 50-60 lbs ) Ability to stand on your feet 8-10 hours per day (job-seekers also searched general labour, labourer jobs, construction, sorters, recycling, laborers, full-time, Spanish ) Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their resumes to this posting as well as contact our office at (954) 997-2376 to schedule a potential interview.
