, is a U.L. Certified Firestop company based out of Orlando, Florida. We are seeking Motivated, Dependable and Trustworthy full time employees that are experienced as Firestop/Caulking installers to join our Firestop Division.. Job Description Posting is Specific for Jobsite located in Lakeland Highlands Florida, however if desired we have work throughout areas of Central, East and West Florida Professional workmanship is required for all applications of sealants including but not limited to Firestopping, Smoke, and Acoustical caulking. Work will include the sealing of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire-Protection penetrations as well as sealing joints on a commercial health care construction project Employees must have reliable transportation to and from job sites and possess their own Cell phone, Steel Toe Work boots, and Work Pants with No rips/tears. Company will provide any jobsite specific Tools/Equipment as well as (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment. Normal working hours are Monday

• Friday from 7am-3:30pm with a 15 min break and a half hour unpaid lunch.

Changes to schedule and working hours may occur when directed by the Superintendent. Job Specific Duties Installers must demonstrate/possess the ability to read, learn and understand U.L Fire-stopping systems and perform the installation requirements when applicable. Labeling of fire rated work is required. Employees must conduct themselves professionally on a daily basis. Employees must follow all Company and Jobsite Safety Requirements/Guidelines. All field employees must possess and maintain at a minimum an OSHA 10 certification . Daily use of caulking dispensers, spatulas, small hand tools, drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, spray equipment required. Ability to lift 50+lbs. Continually and consistently working/climbing 3ft to 24ft ladders to access work. Working above ceiling heights in tight congested areas a must. Installers must meet minimum production expectations on a daily basis for all work performed. Daily work reports are required to document jobsite progress, hours worked, work completed and material usage on a daily basis. Include quantities, sizes and types of penetrations. Include linear feet for joints. Include location of work performed. Include before and after photos for proof if and when directed by supervisor Employees are responsible to Procure, Maintain and Secure all company provided tools, material and equipment to perform work. Installers must keep track of all equipment, tools, material(s) on the jobsite when in use and store and secure in a safe place when unattended. Use gang box, locks and chains to secure. Abilities/Skills

• Team Oriented

• STI/Hilti/3M certified
• Ability to read understand drawings/blue prints
• Familiarity with Computer/web based programs
• Aerial/Scissor Lift Certified
• Powder actuated tool Certification
• OSHA 10 Certification
