We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our renovation crew as General Laborers focused on demolition and construction cleanup. This is hands-on work that matters — helping to bring properties back to life, one project at a time. If you’ve got experience in the trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting), that’s a big plus. If not, but you’re willing to learn, show up on time, and put in an honest day’s work, we’ll teach you. There’s plenty of opportunity for growth for people who take pride in doing things right.
Responsibilities:
Assist with interior and exterior demolition (tearing out cabinets, flooring, drywall, etc.) Load and unload materials and debris Use hand and power tools safely Support skilled tradespeople as needed Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow instructions and ask questions when needed
Requirements:
Must be dependable and on time Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and take direction Transportation to and from the job site Basic tools are a plus but not required
