compensation:
$20 per hour employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Residential Construction Laborer Residential Construction Laborer is an entry-level position with training.
- Assist with PMs & superintendents in the field on various tasks including jobsite clean up, basic use of hand tools and equipment, and other general construction labor.
- Assists with the loading and unloading of materials and delivery trucks.
- Ensures that job sites and staging areas are kept safe, clean and organized.
- Works outside five days a week.
- The Laborer/Helper must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with crew members. Requirements
- Must have a vehicle and the ability to commute to job sites in and around Sarasota/Manatee County. A valid driver’s license is required.
- Background check will be required with no criminal history.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
