CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Construction Laborers for a project in Sarasota, FL. This is a physically active role involving trenching and preparing underground piping routes. We are looking for dependable workers who are comfortable working outdoors and performing hands-on tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Dig and maintain trenches for underground piping
Handle and move materials to support the crew
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
Follow safety protocols and crew instructions

Requirements:

Previous construction or general labor experience
Comfortable with physical work, including trenching and digging
Basic PPE (safety vest, gloves, boots, glasses)
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
