Job Description:

As a Fiber and Communications Laborer at Bravo Site Works, you will play a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic and communication infrastructure. This position requires physical endurance, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all duties as directed by the Foreman. Installation and maintenance of fiber, conduits, and related communication equipment. Assisting in the excavation, trenching, and boring. Safely operating hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment. Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors. Maintaining tools, equipment, and working conditions daily to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Reporting project progress and issues to the supervisor as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction is a plus but not required. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
