Position Description:

The Briar Team, CentralFlorida’s top family-owned Site Development Construction company,is looking for hard-working and reliable General Laborers forimmediate hire with excellent pay and benefits, performancebonuses, profit sharing, generous paid time off and yearly loyaltybonuses, in addition to training and opportunities for growth.

As aGeneral Laborer, you will provide support in a variety ofconstruction projects. Crew types in need of general labor help maybe pipe, grade, concrete, punchout, testing, mud or silt fence. Tobe successful in this position, you must work well as part of ateam, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuousphysical tasks.

General Laborer Responsibilities:

Assisting your crew in their daily labor tasks. Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools. Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment. Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials fromsite. Assembling and breaking down barricades and temporarystructures. Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs. Digging holes, trenches, and shafts. Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete. Using power tools such as concrete saws and jackhammers. Following health and safety regulations.

Schedule:

Jobsite Range:

Palm Coast, FL to St Cloud, FL Year-round work

Job Requirements:

Reliable transportation to assigned jobsite. Experience preferred but not required. Experienced workers willbe given preference in available positions. Ability to lift heavy loads. Excellent stamina. Ability to work 8-10-hour days in the harsh weather conditionssuch as extreme heat, cold and rain.
