Construction experience Physical strength and stamina Ability to follow instructions and work independently Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment. Attention to detail and safety awareness. Ability to work as part of a team Cleaning and preparing construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and waste Ability to lift 50 lbs.
