In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleanup to ensure a safe working environment. Operate hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed, gaining valuable experience in various trades. Skills Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with others.
