Hardscape Laborer Confidential Sumter County, FL Overview We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual looking for a unique opportunity to advance to a leadership position by joining our growing team as a Construction Laborer assisting with every aspect involved in the construction of paver patios, retaining walls, and various hardscape projects . This is a physically demanding role involving regular moving of heavy materials with wheel barrels, hand digging and working in the heat and humidity of the great outdoors. Reliable transportation required to various job site locations from The Villages to Ocala including Dunnellon and Inverness.
Responsibilities:
Arrive on time and ready to work with a positive, team-oriented attitude Perform strenuous physical labor daily in various weather conditions Load and unload materials, operate hand tools, and assist with paver and hardscape installations Follow instructions and directions from the foreman and crew leader Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Qualifications:
Must have valid drivers license & reliable transportation Desire to work hard regularly Comfortable working outdoors in heat, rain, or cold Able to follow instructions and take direction well Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude looking for advancement is a plus

Full-time 8-hour shifts with possible overtime
