Construction Laborer Bailey Sigler precast 1050 Fremont St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work. Duties Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing work areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge. Experience Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power equipment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
