$20-$24 hour (based upon experience)

Pipefitter Helper Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced commercial pipefitter to run propress copper. Helping Install commercial piping systems such as welded pipe and copper cast piping Working with 1″-14″ piping Possess working knowledge of blueprints and submittals, as well as sequencing aspects of installation of all plumbing, including roof drains, rough in, and setting fixtures. Fabricate pipe supports. Work independently and solve small problem situations that occur during normal coordination with other trades. Instruct plumbing helpers under your supervision Be familiar with all safety items. Repair, cap, and test all types of plumbing piping. Troubleshoot issues as they arise. Be professional at all times. All other duties as assigned Qualifications for Pipefitter Helper Minimum 1 year of pipe fitter experience Must have pipe fitter hand tools Knowledge of pipefitter equipment and power tools Must have knowledge of pipe fabrication methods Knowledge of the different types of pipe, valves, fittings, as well as their function within the system Willingness to guard your own personal safety and the safety of others General knowledge of code requirements and limitations. Knowledge of all occupational hazards, including ladders Able to work minimum 40 plus hours per week Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift Able to stand and work for prolonged periods of time Additional Requirements for commercial
Pipefitter Helper:
Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Position requires use of hard hat, steel toe boots, gloves, glasses, and vest
