• Pool / Hardscape Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have ] knowledge of pool construction, renovation, and maintenance. This role involves overseeing pool projects from design to completion, ensuring quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety regulations, and customer satisfaction.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist in pool / hardscape construction and renovation projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
• Conduct site assessments and provide cost estimates for materials and labor.
• Troubleshoot construction challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Perform inspections and quality control checks throughout the construction process.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.

• Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of pool construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid Drivers license (if required by state or local laws).
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor as needed.
• Ability to Drive Trucks and Pull Trailers
• Ability to Operate Skid Loaders and Excavators ( If Necessary )
