The ideal candidate will be involved in various construction tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and last but not least, the will to get a bit dirty some days! Responsibilities Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring all materials and tools are organized. Perform heavy lifting as required, moving materials and equipment to support project needs. Fabricate components according to specifications and assist with construction estimating when needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Previous experience in marine construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
