This is physical outdoor labor — digging, lifting, carrying, and helping install and service septic systems. If you’re the type who shows up, works hard, and doesn’t complain about a little mud, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities:

Assist with septic system installations and repairs Perform manual digging, trenching, and site preparation Load, unload, and move heavy materials and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools safely Support pump truck operators with hose handling and site cleanup Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional

Work Hours:

Standard work hours are 8 AM

• 5 PM , but we work until the job is done — overtime is common

Requirements:

Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold) Reliable transportation to and from work Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Must pass a pre-employment drug test Clean driving record with valid driver’s license Previous construction or septic experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
