In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting hardscape projects—from walkways and patios to retaining walls and steps—ensuring that our teams deliver quality craftsmanship and a beautiful finish on every project. Responsibilities Work closely with senior technicians and project leads, following their instructions meticulously to complete tasks related to installing walkways, patios, retaining walls, and steps. Assist with hardscape projects by helping install features like walkways, retaining walls, and patios.

Site Preparation & Material Handling:

Help prepare job sites by grading, leveling, and setting foundations for hardscape installations. Support the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and equipment needed for projects. Support the setup and layout of hardscape elements, contributing to the creation of beautiful, functional outdoor living spaces.

Installation Support:

Aid in the measurement, cutting, and laying of materials such as stone, brick, and concrete. Assist with the mixing, pouring, and spreading of concrete or mortar, ensuring that all work is done according to project specifications. Follow specific instructions to construct features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and steps with precision. Ensure your work area remains clean and organized during and after project execution. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, addressing any on-site issues by notifying a supervisor when needed. Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout all tasks to ensure a flawless finished product. Requirements A strong ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team. Previous experience in construction or landscaping is a plus, but not required—on-the-job training is available. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in hardscape projects is beneficial.

Physical & Technical Ability:

Must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adhere to established processes is essential.

Education & Licenses:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver’s license is preferred for transporting materials and equipment. Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
