ABOUT THE ROLE
Uses a variety of tools and equipment to support productionoperations, such as shovels, brooms, loaders, bobcats, forklifts,levels, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers and waterspraying equipment.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
Uses shovels or mechanical equipment to remove excess materialfrom beneath the plant Loads and delivers materials. Performs light maintenance Lubricates parts. Ensures compliance to all health and safety, environmental,compliance and human resources policies and procedures.
WHAT WE’RELOOKING FOR
Required Education:
High School diploma/
GED Required Work Experience:
Minimum of One year of experienceperforming similar responsibilities in aconstruction/mining/manufacturing environment. Loader Operator experience is preferred.
AdditionalRequirments:
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving andadhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all workenvironments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibitthese behaviors. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols andproper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment,including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicablelaw, employees that are required to wear respirators must be cleanshaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to passthe qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
