Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Parking Equipment Installation Technician to join our team. This role requires a willingness to travel extensively across the Continental United States, with travel comprising approximately 90% of the position. The ideal candidate will have a general construction skill set, a solutions-oriented approach, and a positive attitude toward team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Concrete Saw Cutting Forming and Pouring Concrete Gate and Machine Installation and Assembly Conduit Installation and Cable Pulling General Construction Duties Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in parking/access control equipment is helpful but not required General construction skills and familiarity with power tools Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and routine drug screening High school diploma or equivalent Former military candidates are welcome Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Professional demeanor with attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling Punctual and reliable with a focus on customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please provide a resume or job history.
