Shop Assistant / Welding Helper / General Labore Holiday Designs, Inc. Gainesville, GA 30501 Start at $15/hr Full-Time Monday-Friday (Weekends During Peak Season) $600+/week potential + Overtime No nights At Holiday Designs, we don’t just weld steel — we build magic. Whether you’re looking for a Welding Assistant, Shop Assistant, Fabrication Helper, Metalwork Laborer, Grinder Operator, or General Laborer role, this is the opportunity for you! We also welcome applicants from industries like manufacturing, construction, automotive, shipbuilding, and energy. We create massive Christmas trees and stunning displays that light up entire towns. Heads up:
During peak season, weekend work is required—we go full elf-mode to get things done on time.
THE DETAILS
Schedule:
Now-Early August:
Mon-Thurs:
7am-4pm
Fri:
7am-1pm Starting August 4th:
Mon-Fri:
7:30am-4:00pm Peak Season (Oct-Nov): Extra hours = extra (Overtime available)
Pay:
$15-$17/hr (based on experience) + overtime after 40 hrs/week Bonuses possible at year-end based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting welders and fabricators Loading and unloading materials Keeping the shop organized and moving Helping bring big, bold holiday displays to life Learning the trade alongside real craftsmen
