Construction Laborer Chestnut Barn and Builds LLC Hahira, GA 31632 Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential tasks that contribute to the overall success of the job site. This position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites. Load and unload materials and equipment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople. Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety. Perform basic repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment as needed. Skills Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Basic knowledge of construction practices and safety protocols. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork. Attention to detail to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work. Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required.
