The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after construction activities. Carry out manual labor tasks including lifting, digging, and moving materials. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks as directed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding or temporary structures as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an advantage. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
