The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete assigned tasks. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction tools and Ability to do basic math for measurements. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
