Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Construction site laborer to add to our vastly growing in house site crew. No experience necessary!!

Duties:

Responsible for performing physically demanding tasks on a construction site, including cleaning and preparing the work area, loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, assembling scaffolding, and removing debris, all while adhering to safety regulations and following instructions from supervisors; essentially, they perform a variety of manual labor tasks to support the overall construction process. Key responsibilities of a construction site laborer may include:

Travel:

Willing to travel to projects.

Site preparation:

Clearing debris, leveling ground, removing obstacles, and preparing the construction site for work.

Material handling:

Loading and unloading building materials, transporting materials to designated areas, and positioning them as needed.

Excavation:

Digging trenches, holes, and foundations using hand tools or light machinery Concrete work: Mixing and pouring concrete, including finishing surfaces

Demolition:

Removing old structures or materials as needed

Clean-up:

Removing debris and waste from the worksite Operating power tools: Using hand tools like shovels, rakes, hammers, saws, and power tools like jackhammers, depending on the task Following safety protocols: Wearing required safety gear, adhering to safety procedures, and reporting hazards Required skills and abilities for a construction site laborer: Physical strength and endurance: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks Hand-eye coordination: Precisely handling tools and materials Basic math skills: Measuring and calculating distances Ability to follow instructions: Understanding and following directions from supervisors Teamwork skills: Collaborating effectively with other construction workers

Adaptability:

Willingness to perform various tasks depending on project needs

Qualifications:
