The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general construction tasks and must supply their own basic hand tools. This role supports skilled tradespeople on various job sites and contributes to the timely completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
• Load and unload construction materials
• Use hand and power tools to complete basic tasks
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials under supervision
• Clean and prepare job sites, including removing debris and hazards
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Transport tools and materials to and from job sites
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a personal set of basic construction tools (e.g., hammer, tape measure, utility knife, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a team
• Must be punctual and dependable
