As a part of our team, you’ll be performing a wide variety of construction tasks. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication and time management skills. Job Description Create and maintain an atmosphere wherein all employees will be stimulated and motivated to do things that need to be done to achieve desired results. Continue to work in all areas of construction (each Job) as needed by Construction Manager, Field Manager, or others. Measure materials, Cut or Saw Boards, etc. Mark cutting lines, Anchor brace forms, etc. Place and finish concrete, asphalt material as needed. Erect forms, framework, scaffolds, and form setting. Follow established safety rules and regulations. Install structures and fixtures as needed. Inspect job site as needed. Clean job site as needed. Report any deliberate abuse of company policy to construction or field Mgrs. Always implement company values – ITR (Integrity, Trust, Respect)
