Construction Worker Total Home Experience Lafayette, LA Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn various construction techniques. This role involves working on diverse projects, contributing to the construction and renovation of residential and commercial properties. The Construction Laborer will be expected to assist in various tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after construction activities. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Perform miscellaneous construction skills including but not limited to caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, and trim carpentry as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of Construction Skills. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills. Commitment to safety practices on the job site.
Requirements:
Drivers License / Transportation. Ability to operate Floor Stripper, Prep Concrete Foundation to be refinished and painted. Move Heavy Furniture.
