We are seeking qualified candidates that are focused onproject success and exceeding customer expectations. Qualifiedcandidates must be able to perform all duties listed below safelyand follow all of the company’s safety procedures.
POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES
Construction laborers work in every phase ofbuilding activity. These activities may include handling power andmanual tools, sawing and nailing, operating motorized equipment,installation, and removal of construction material at considerableheights above the ground, with fall protection measures in placeand other job duties as assigned. Work requires alert individualswith good balance and physical strength. Environment is exclusivelyoutside, thus the job often involves all weather extremes.
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS
Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling upto 75 pounds of material. Frequently walking, stooping, kneeling,bending, reaching, and climbing. Frequent use of hand tools such aspower tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
PREFEREDEXPERIENCE
Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 6months of formwork / concrete construction labor work experience atmeets or exceeds performance expectations.
