With a primary background in Asphalt maintenance, as well as striping and sealcoating. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Duties Perform a variety of tasks including construction, installation, sealcoating, striping, pothole repair and maintenance work. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Experience Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is advantageous. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade.
