What You’ll Be Doing This is a physical, active role that supports excavation and underground utility work.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with trenching, grading, backfilling, pipe installation, and compaction Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Using hand tools, power tools, and small machinery as needed Performing demolition and material removal tasks Receiving, unloading, organizing, and installing construction materials Reading and interpreting site plans and construction drawings—or being eager to learn how Setting grades and using laser levels for layout and elevation control—or willing to be trained Supporting equipment operators and site supervisors with a variety of daily tasks Following all safety guidelines and promoting a safe work environment for yourself and the team Who You Are We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and motivated to grow.

You should have:

At least 1 year of experience in general construction or labor (preferred, but not required for the right candidate) Familiarity with excavation work (a plus, but not required) A willingness to learn how to read plans and use lasers for grade setting A strong work ethic and attention to detail The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions Good organizational and time management skills Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks Reliable transportation to job sites across Cape Cod and Massachusetts The ability to pass a criminal background check Opportunities for Growth We believe in investing in our employees.
