Construction Laborer Trash Bros LLC Lincoln, MA 01773 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to help on a roofing project as a contract worker (6-10 weeks) with potential for full time employment. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of roofing asphalt shingles. Support construction management by following directives from supervisors and project managers. Participate in clean up and debris removal. Engage in remodeling activities, including demolition and renovation of existing structures. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when necessary, adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while upholding quality standards. Adhering to OSHA regulations. Skills Proficient in building techniques and practices related to construction projects. Experience with roofing. Knowledge of construction management principles to effectively support project execution. Familiarity with siding and gutters. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; certification is a plus but not required. Strong understanding of safety regulations on construction sites to minimize risks and hazards. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. $20.00 – $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
