Construction Crew Lead / Pile Installer RamJack New England Wareham, MA 02571 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee construction projects and lead a team of skilled workers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of construction management principles. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols while ensuring high-quality work. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction crew to ensure project objectives are met. Utilize construction management software to track project progress, manage schedules, and maintain documentation. Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, estimating, and contract negotiations. Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, equipment usage, and safety practices. Perform inspections using tools such as an ohmmeter to ensure quality standards are upheld. Assist in building structures according to specifications while adhering to timelines. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Familiarity with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid is preferred. Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and contract management. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Proficient in using construction management software for tracking projects. Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site. Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
