The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction, maintenance, or production activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. The Laborer will work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and contribute to the overall success of projects. Duties Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members on various projects Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job Qualifications Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is a plus Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed We encourage individuals who are motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to apply for this position.
