As a
- Laborer
- , you will be responsible for
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used for sewer and pipeline work
- Perform general labor in outdoor conditions, including extreme cold and heat
- Lift, push/pull, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Support trenchless construction and industrial projects
- Travel to job sites across the state (overnight stays required for jobs more than 2 hours away; hotels paid by employer
- Attend weekly safety meetings and follow all safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow all on-site instructions
- Participate in on-the-job and in-house training programs
- The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred
- Experience in construction, landscaping, logging, or other hands-on labor roles (preferred, but not requiredwe will train the right candidate
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions
- A valid drivers license (preferred); CDL holders will be considered for higher-paying roles
- Ability to pass a physical and pre-employment drug screen (CDL roles must follow Federal DOT testing standards
- No recent major driving violations or violent criminal history (background check required)
