As a

  • Laborer
  • , you will be responsible for
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment used for sewer and pipeline work
  • Perform general labor in outdoor conditions, including extreme cold and heat
  • Lift, push/pull, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Support trenchless construction and industrial projects
  • Travel to job sites across the state (overnight stays required for jobs more than 2 hours away; hotels paid by employer
  • Attend weekly safety meetings and follow all safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and follow all on-site instructions
  • Participate in on-the-job and in-house training programs
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred
  • Experience in construction, landscaping, logging, or other hands-on labor roles (preferred, but not requiredwe will train the right candidate
  • Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
  • Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions
  • A valid drivers license (preferred); CDL holders will be considered for higher-paying roles
  • Ability to pass a physical and pre-employment drug screen (CDL roles must follow Federal DOT testing standards
  • No recent major driving violations or violent criminal history (background check required)
