Description:

We are actively seeking skilled and safety-focused crews to install and maintain utility poles across New England. If you have experience with sub poles, power poles, aerial and underground applications, and are ready to work in energized environments, we want you on our team.

Positions Available:

Pole Set Laborers & Operators Assist in the installation and removal of utility poles using heavy construction equipment. Aerial & Underground Line Crews Handle all aspects of pole setting, including both aerial and underground applications. Groundmen & Apprentices Support experienced crews in pole setting tasks, learning and growing within the trade.

Responsibilities:

Safely perform ground crew tasks following all construction safety and maintenance codes/standards/guidelines.powerlines. Assist in the use of heavy construction vehicles/equipment to install/remove utility poles roadside, off-road, and/or in other hard-to-access areas. Work around energized lines and equipment. Read, interpret, and work from sketches, diagrams, and work plans.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and commitment to safety. Prior experience in utility pole setting is a plus but not required.
