Construction Laborer Job Description We are seeking a skilled paving laborer to join our team. The role involves working on commercial construction projects, parking lots, and non-highway road work. Any type of construction experience is welcome. The role goes from 5:30 am – 3:30 pm and a typical week will range from 50-60 hours. The starting pay rate will be $20-$25 an hour. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment for excavation and paving tasks. Work on various commercial construction projects. Ensure safety standards are maintained during operations. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Essential Skills Proficiency in operating excavators and other heavy equipment. Experience in construction and paving projects. Knowledge of road construction and commercial construction practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in an excavation role within a construction environment. Why Work Here?
