Paving Laborer
- Job Description
- We are seeking skilled paving laborers with at least 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The position involves working on paving projects for commercial properties and non-highway roadways. Team members will meet at the office in Gorham and then proceed to the job site. The pay will be between $21 and $25 an hour based on years of experience as a paver.
- Responsibilities
- + Performing paving tasks for commercial properties and non-highway roadways. + Meeting at the office in Gorham before heading to job sites. + Working up to 10 hours per day during the peak season. + Lifting standard weights of 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds.
- Essential Skills
- + Strong mechanical ability. + 1 to 2 years of commercial paving experience. + Willingness to learn and grow with the company. + Ability to work up to 10 hours per day during peak season.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience in roadway construction, general labor, and construction. + Experience with commercial sidewalks and paving.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
