The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment on construction sites. Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites. Perform tasks related to remodeling, including trim carpentry and drywall installation. Engage in hardscape projects, ensuring proper installation and finishing. Support electrical work as needed, following safety protocols. Participate in construction painting tasks to enhance project aesthetics. Help with plastering duties to ensure smooth finishes on surfaces. Collaborate with carpenters and other skilled tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while on-site. Requirements Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Will train the right person. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in construction tasks. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods. Knowledge of plumb techniques and basic carpentry skills is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills related to remodeling, electrical work, hardscape installation, and more.
