Job Description
Manufacturing & Construction Laborer SIPS of America, Inc. 8805 Stoney Gap Road, Jefferson City, MO 65101 SIPS of America currently has positions of employment available in our manufacturing facility. Employees would help in the production of our custom pre-configured wall and roof panel systems. Construction background is great, but not a must. Candidates must have the ability to read a measuring tape to 1/16″. Job would require some lifting(>80 lbs. on occasion), as well as use of drills, table saws, skill saws, and pneumatic nailers/staplers. Forklift experience is a plus!

Reporting to the site supervisor, your role will involve reading blueprints, performing trim and frame carpentry, and ensuring quality workmanship on-site. Your experience with construction estimating and relevant skills such as concrete forming and roofing will enhance project efficiency. Additionally, familiarity with forklift operations will be beneficial. Join our team to contribute to high-quality construction projects and develop your skills in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools to perform carpentry tasks, including framing and trim work. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction and assembly. Assist in various construction activities, such as framing and insulating. Operate forklifts safely to transport materials on-site. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
