Pay is competitive and commensurate with skill. Health insurance and Profit Sharing is offered. To do well in the role, candidate needs to be hard working, a self-starter, physically fit and reliable. Strong work ethic is critical.

Requirements of the job are:

Knowledge of, and ability to, operate a variety of hand and power tools. Take initiative on work to be done. Dig trenches and lay piping. Follow instructions from supervisor. Perform strenuous, physical tasks. Work in all weather conditions. Workers must be reliable and punctual. Must have reliable transportation. Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry preferred. 401K and Health Insurance available for full-time employees.
